The pastries were absolutely amazing! The flavors were perfectly balanced and well-integrated . Especially tiramisu, Bittersweet and slightly taste of Marsala. Ans Pasquale is friendly and patiently waiting us to decide. It's a hidden gem in Monopoli.

Ho ordinato un vassoio di pasticcini misti: uno più buono dell’altro! Le tartellette con crema e frutta fresca erano delicate e bilanciate, i diplomatici fragranti e cremosi al punto giusto, i babà morbidi e profumati, il tiramisù semplicemente perfetto. Si percepisce l’amore per la tradizione e la maestria in ogni dettaglio.
Pasticceria Pasquale non è solo una pasticceria, ma una parte dell’identità di Monopoli. Complimenti sinceri a tutto lo staff per la qualità, la gentilezza e la professionalità. Ci tornerò sempre con piacere!Traduzione

In visita a Monopoli abbiamo selezionato un vassoio di dolcetti locali realizzati con pasta di mandorle e latte di mandorle , davvero una delizia ! Consiglio vivamente di fare una sosta alla pasticceria Pasquale , negozio davvero caratteristico! Molta cura nella realizzazione e presentazione dei dolci.

Pasquale è il Numero 1 della pasticceria. Anche se dall'esterno l'insegna è un po' retrò, il carousel di paste (e la elevata qualità) proposte da un personale gentilissimo fanno ricredere molto. Da provare assolutamente le monoporzioni e i profiteroles.
